Meet lacey
Sweet, 1-year old Lacey was given up by her previous owners because they could no longer care for her. In order to keep her out of the shelter my partner and I took her in temporarily to help find her a forever home. Playful, goofy, smart, and affectionate describe this beautiful girl. She was raised in a home with children and seems to get along with other friendly dogs. She has a strong prey drive, so a house with cats or a small dog would not work. She is making great progress with house breaking and seems to do well with a schedule. She stays in her crate up to 7 hours (often much less time) when no one is home. With hundreds of dogs available for adoption we know there is a lot of "competition" out there, be we hope you give this loving girl a chance. She is currently being fostered in Silver Spring. The adoption fee covers her spay, shots and microchip.
