To schedule a time to meet this puppy, please email meetme@arl-iowa.org.---- Perfect for someone looking for a pup that loves to be with you, greet you at the door and lounge on the couch - would be a great pup for a family! - Working on sit, down, and stay - Doing amazing with potty training in her foster home; just remember that any dog may need time to get used to a new schedule - Not sure about stairs right now, especially if there are more than three; her foster family currently carries her up and down the steps every morning and night - Foster family said when she goes to bed, she almost immediately falls into a deep sleep; does well at going potty outside in the morning - A little timid of fast movements, but recovers quickly - Has been perfect with kids from toddler to school age in her foster home; is very gentle with them and loves watching TV with them and sleeping next to them- Has done well with big dogs in her foster home, but may need some time adjusting to them as their size can be intimidating - Curious about cats in a play-with-me kind of way; may need slow introductions to cats who aren't into that The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed.
