Meet lucky
Lucky is a sweet 5-year-old, 18 lb Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix. He is looking for a forever home where he can spend his days being loved, cuddled, and included in family life. He's a gentle, loving little guy who adores people and absolutely loves a good lap.
He gets along with the resident dogs and loves exploring the backyard, sniffing around on leisurely walks, and then settling in beside his favorite person for some quality cuddle time.
Lucky is house-trained and does well staying home by himself for reasonable periods of time. Because he loves his people so much, he'd be happiest with a family that isn't away for long stretches and can give him plenty of love and affection.
And when it comes to toys, he has opinions! He loves a sturdy toy that can stand up to his enthusiasm without being immediately de-stuffed.
If you're looking for a sweet, gentle companion who will happily trade a walk or backyard adventure for a cozy spot in your lap, this lovable boy might be your perfect match.
Please submit your application to adopt Lucky, and an adoption counselor will contact you.
