Meet Hanny — From the Woods to His Very Own Family! Hanny is a sweet Shepherd-type guy who has quite the adventure story! He came to us as a stray after spending a few weeks roaming the woods before eventually wandering into a local Hannaford. We don`t know his history with kids, cats, or dogs, but here at the shelter, Hanny has made it very clear that people are his favorite! He loves being near his humans and is always happy to have someone around. He`s also been happy to see and meet other dogs through the shelter, showing us that he`s open to making some new friends.Hanny is looking for a family who understands the unique needs of Shepherd-type dogs and is ready to give him plenty of mental stimulation, exercise, training, and enrichment. He`s also currently struggling with skin issues that could be allergy-related and will need to see a veterinarian as soon as possible to get some relief and determine the best way to manage his skin. If you`re looking for a loyal companion who would love nothing more than to be by your side, Hanny is ready to leave his wandering days behind and start his next adventure with you!
