Meet bear
đž Meet Masha & Bear!
Masha and Bear came to us together and are learning that life can be a little softerâand a whole lot less scary. đ
đ Masha â Female, approximately 4 years old
đť Bear â Male, approximately 3 years old
These two are small white dogs with naturally soft, fluffy coats. Based on their size, coat type, and appearance, we believe they may be Shih Tzu, Maltese, or similar small-breed mixes.
They arrived severely matted, which left us with very limited grooming options. Both had to be shaved down for their comfort, so donât let their current haircuts fool you! Once theyâve had some time to decompress, theyâll be ready for a proper spa day to really feel fancy. ⨠Their coats should grow back beautifullyâright now theyâre just little blank canvases waiting for their glow-up!
Masha and Bear clearly know each other and find comfort in being together, but they do not appear to be bonded and can absolutely be adopted separately.
Both are a little shy and cautious right now, so we think they would do best in calmer homes where they can decompress, build confidence, and learn to trust at their own pace. Quick movements and lots of activity can be overwhelming while theyâre adjusting, so a home without small children would give them the opportunity to come out of their shells without feeling pressured or overwhelmed.
For now, weâre giving them the time and space they need to realize theyâre safe. Soon enough, we think weâll be looking at two fluffy, fancy little dogs wondering why anyone ever let them live any other way. đđžâ¨
