Meet poppy
Hi, my name is Poppy and I am the sweetest girl ever. I was dumped, but I am getting my second chance at a better life through CHEW.
I am 10 months old and still very much a small puppy. I am smart, love to cuddle, and am learning how to play with toys. I am already house-trained, and I am currently learning to walk on a leash and enjoying car rides. Cats and children are still a mystery to me.
I am healthy and just want to be wherever my people are. I am comfortable around other small dogs, but big dogs scare me. I can tolerate short periods of being by myself, but I prefer companionship.
(An adoption fee of $500 is required.)

If you have previously submitted an application form to CHEW, there is no need to reapply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations before being placed in their forever homes.
