Meet grace
Update: Grace was recently adopted, but quickly returned as she guards toys and other objects of value to her. She will need a very experienced adopter who can work with her under the supervision of a trainer. That said, she spent the weekend with one of our experienced volunteers and there were no issues. In the right home she will flourish. She loves to chase a ball and plays well with other dogs. Julien is her best bud. Grace is a 10 month old white Golden Retriever, often called an English Golden Retriever. She was relinquished by her owner who did not disclose her behaviors. We're looking for a local, holistic-practicing adopter due to the breed being susceptible to cancer. A fresh food diet, avoiding certain vaccines and toxic flea/tick preventives would be best to ensure a long and healthy life for her and we're happy to advise on that for the life of the dog.
