Please check our Events Calendar for more information.- May prefer to explore and do her own thing here in the shelter, but will likely open up more once she's in a loving home environment and has had time to decompress - This curious gal leashes up easily but will benefit from a harness while on adventures - Young folks may overwhelm our shy girl, so she'd do best in an adults-only home (mature home recommended) - She's a bit socially awkward around other dogs - slow, careful introductions to potential friends are important (dog intro recommended) - This independent lady needs to meet other family dogs before joining the pack The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed.
