Meet taz
Taz was originally rescued fromThe shelter after being found as a stray 8 years ago. Taz has been somewhat challenging behaviorally in his lifetime which I have done my best to manage. I recently had a baby and it has changed the feasibility of meeting his needs. Now that he is getting older and more anxious and my daughter is getting bigger and more mobile it has been impossible to keep them separated in a way that feels safe to her and fair to him. His vet did try Zoloft but it only made himMore tired and more aggressive (food guarding from our other dog, bit our other dog, and growling or snapping in rare circumstances when someone is getting in his space that he doesn’t want). He has never bit anyone but he has snapped at someone if he doesn’t like something. Otherwise he is a very sweet and low maintenance boy. He just likes to sleep and eat- he does not like to go on walks. I think he would flourish in a home without any other pets or small children.
