Introducing ROSCOE, a 2-3 year old German Shepherd/Husky mix who came to the Harrison County Dog Pound in Cadiz, OH as a stray. Sadly, his family never came for him, this handsome hound is now on the market for a new best friend and handsome might be an understatement. ROSCOE doesnt just sit for photos; he poses. Head tilted just right, chest out, eyes on the camera as if hes auditioning for the centerfold of Handsome Dogs Monthly. Not that this magazine actually exists but far be it from us to tell him that. But, ROSCOE is more than a pretty face. He loves people and has been wonderful with every adult hes met. We dont know how hell do with kids or cats, so a meetngreet is required. When it comes to other dogs, ROSCOE prefers the ladies. With male dogs, he likes to make sure they know that he is the Big Dog on Campus. What makes ROSCOE especially lovable is hes perfectly happy arranging his day around yours. Want to spend the afternoon being a slug on the couch? ROSCOE will slug with you. Work in the yard, ROSCOE will be happy to supervise. Go for a walk? Grab the leash because you wont need to walk alone. ROSCOE doesnt need every day to be an adventure. He just wants to be included in whatever your day looks like. Give him a person to love, a place to call home, and maybe a spot on the couch, and this guy will make your life his life. Underneath his movie star looks is a boy whose family didnt love him enough to come for him, but hes ready to give his loyalty to someone new.
