It is suspected that they came from a backyard breeder, and unfortunately the puppies were not socialized. Because of that, Cody is a timid, frightened little pup who is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place.Cody is initially afraid of other dogs, people and loud noises. He is currently living in a foster home where he is slowly learning about life as a family companion dog. With patience, kindness, and understanding, Cody has the potential to blossom into the fun, happy little dog he was always meant to be.Cody will need an adopter who can move at his pace and help him build confidence through positive experiences and gentle reassurance.
