Someone hurt Oscar.
This gentle, humble boy arrived with a devastating injury to the top of his head. During surgery, veterinarians removed multiple metal fragments embedded in his skull—evidence that someone likely struck him with an object. No dog should ever have to endure that kind of cruelty.
Yet despite everything he’s been through, Oscar has remained nothing but kind.
He isn’t asking for much. Just a chance to know that not all humans are the same. He deserves soft beds instead of pain, gentle hands instead of violence, and a family that will show him the love he has always deserved.
Oscar is only 5 years old, weighs 65 pounds, and is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. He’s recovering well from surgery and is ready to leave his heartbreaking past behind.
