Meet wally
This handsome boy has made incredible progress since settling into a consistent routine in his foster home. With his bandage finally off from a deep wound to his left, he’s getting to release some of that pent up energy and enjoy being a dog again! urrently living it up on the Upper East Side, our 2 year old, 43 pound doodle (who might be part Wheaton Terrier) is playful, affectionate and full of personality. He loves fetch and making dog friends, he’s an off ;eash dog park star! On leash, his enthusiasm can get the best of him: he REALLY wants to say hello and is working on staying calm when other dogs pass. Consistent training and structure have been making such a difference! And at home? His foster Mary says he’s a cuddly boy who loves settling in to watch TV with you. ‘HE’S THE BEST DOG’ Equal parts take me out on an adventure and couch companion. Wally can take some time to getting used to people in a new environment but settles down quickly with consistent structure and routine. Wally has a loud bark, enjoys getting his energy out, then getting cozy with his people. Wally is looking for an active family who will embrace his silly, loving personality and continue his training. He’s come so far, and we can’t wait for him to have a forever home of his own. He has been vetted and neutered, and we are rooting for him to find his perfect match soon!
