Meet blaine
Blaine is a 2 year old, 14 lb sweet, gentle Poodle with the most beautiful salt-and-pepper coat and soulful eyes. He’s a shy boy who takes time to trust new people, but with patience, consistency, and love, his wonderful personality begins to shine.
Blaine thrives with other dogs and REQUIRES a confident canine companion (he’s especially drawn to larger dogs) to help him feel safe and build confidence. He’s happiest outside doing zoomies, exploring the yard, and chasing rabbits with his dog friends, so a securely fenced yard is also a REQUIREMENT, plus he won’t potty on leash.
Since Blaine spent much of his life outdoors, he’s still learning the ropes of living inside. He’s making progress with house training, is very food-motivated, and continues to improve with routine and positive reinforcement. He sleeps well through the night, walks nicely on leash with his foster siblings (though loud noises can still startle him), and is a wonderful houseguest who doesn’t chew or get into mischief.
Blaine is looking for a patient family that understands trust takes time. If you’re willing to let him move at his own pace, you’ll be rewarded with a loyal, loving companion who simply wants to feel safe and loved.

His adoption fee is $350, which includes his shots up-to-date, microchipping, neuter, and heartworm testing.
