Tilly is a sweet, gentle 9-month-old mixed breed who is discovering just how wonderful life outside the shelter can be. She and her sister, Tansy, spent far too long waiting for someone to give them a chance simply because they were scared in the shelter environment.
Now that she's in a foster home, Tilly is settling in beautifully! She appears to be the more outgoing of the two sisters and is gaining confidence every day. As she continues to decompress, her fun, loving personality is starting to shine through.
