Chicken Nugget is full of love and is eager to have some fun in a foster home while his skin is healing and his tummy gets to feeling better. Reason for Foster: Alopecia and crusty skin secondary to allergies, possibly flea bite sensitivity; GI upsetFoster Time Frame: 2+ weeks(The foster time frame may be shorter or longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.)Foster Care Plan: Chicken Nugget`s skin is in the process of healing from what our vet suspects was an allergic reaction / hypersensitivity to flea bites. Additionally, he is experiencing some GI upset and diarrhea. He will go home with a medicated shampoo for twice weekly baths, as well as probiotics and a gentle diet to help his stomach recover.How to take this pet home...* ADPOT: Chicken Nugget is available through our Foster-to-Adopt Program, which allows prospective adopters to take pets home before they are available for adoption.
