Meet Cookie!
Cookie is the adorable and wrinkly mix between a French Bulldog and an English Bulldog - have you ever heard of anything more perfect or less oxygenated? Cookie operates with a constant background noise of snorting when she's awake and snoring when she's asleep. She's an absolute gem - spunky, friendly, and obsessed with people - and would make anyone proud to call her their own. She has lived with children and does well, Cookie lives for belly rubs and she finds that kids are the perfect adoring crowd for her adorable antics. She has lived with other dogs and cats as well and may be able to fit into a home with resident animals.
Cookie does have severe Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome which means that she does have difficulty breathing and is at higher risk of heat stroke and respiratory distress. She needs a home where she can stay cool in the summer and understands that she is not able to do prolonged exercise or play. She would benefit from surgery to correct her airway, this can be expensive but will greatly benefit her quality of life going forwards.
