🎮 Press Start... Player 1 Has Entered the Game!
Meet Sega, the 11-month-old, 51-pound Labrador Retriever mix who's ready to level up from shelter life to his forever home!
Like any great adventure game, Sega's story starts with a few challenges. He came to the shelter as an owner surrender alongside his buddy Spyro, and because he didn't get enough opportunities to experience the world when he was younger, he's still building his confidence. New people and new situations can feel like difficult levels, but with patience, encouragement, and plenty of positive experiences, Sega is ready to unlock his full potential.
This young hero is packed with high energy, so he'll thrive with an active family that's ready for walks, playtime, training, and plenty of adventures. He's also earned the title of Escape Artist, so he'll need a secure yard and a family that's committed to keeping him safe while he continues learning the rules of the game.
Because Sega is still learning to trust, he'll need to meet everyone in the home before adoption, and we recommend a home with kids ages 12 and up who can help him build confidence at his own pace.
Every great game has a reward at the end, and Sega's is simple: a family that believes in him. With time, consistency, and lots of love, this sweet pup has all the potential to become the loyal best friend you've been searching for.
Game on! Sega will be neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations before he hits "Start" on his next adventure—with you.
