Meet ethel
I met Ethel in LA when she happened to be walking with a lady who was looking for a home for her at the time. She had been a stray and the lady couldn’t keep her. So I said I would.
I took Ethel back home with me to WA in October and she integrated well with my other 2 dogs, a 7 yo female husky and a 8 yo male sheltie.
Ethel then began growing in size around her midsection and on 12/01 she gave birth to 8 puppies. Nobody knew she was pregnant.
The birth went well and after 12 weeks, I managed to find homes for 7 of the puppies. During this time, Ethel’s demeanor changed and she became territorial and protective, understandably so.
Around April, she got into a fight with my husky and it really scared me and my husky. In may, I dropped Ethel off for a month of intensive training and she did really well.
Sadly, my husky is now scared of her and I am unable to keep Ethel as I can’t let my husky constantly be scared.
Ethel is a sweet, kind, loving girl who needs a loving home.
