Meet goldie
Goldie was picked up by Animal control. She was loose on the streets. No one came for her or was looking for her. She needed a special needs rescue to get her out of the shelter. The reason she had special needs was that she was born with no bones in her toes. After a visit to our vet, both the vet and the shelter said there was nothing that could be done for her feet. She was born this way and has adapted to her deformity. If adopted, her family should not let her walk on a leash. She can go anywhere with her family. They just have to be careful she doesn't run or walk too far. A buggy would be good to have when she is tired of being on the ground. She does great in the house, loves attention, and loves playing tug of war.
