Meet Amber đŸ
Amber is a 3-year-old Pit Bull who came to us as a stray and was never reclaimed. Since arriving at the shelter, our medical team has given her a dental cleaning and extracted two teeth, helping her feel her very best as she prepares for her forever home.
Staff describe Amber as a very sweet and loving girl who truly enjoys spending time with people. One of her favorite parts of the day is getting out with our volunteers, where she happily soaks up attention and enjoys exploring the world around her.
Amber walks nicely on a leash and is eager to please. She has shown interest in learning new things and would enjoy continuing her basic training with a family who will help her build on her skills using positive reinforcement.
She has also shown friendly interest toward other dogs, but as with any new canine companion, we recommend a meet and greet to ensure everyone is a good matchđđ¶
