The Cheese Litter is currently in Georgia and needs committed fosters or adopters to secure their spots on transport to Cedarburg, Wisconsin with Mutt Life Dog Rescue on Saturday, July 11. Without a foster or adopter, they won't be able to make the trip north.

Meet Brie, Feta, Gouda, Blue, Cheddar, Curd, and Jack! These adorable Retriever mix puppies (best guess) are the result of an accidental, unwanted litter. Their owner shared that both parents are mixed breeds. Wanting the puppies to have the best chance at happy, loving lives, they reached out for help, and now these little ones are hoping to find families in Wisconsin.

Like all puppies their age, they're full of curiosity, wagging tails, and playful energy. They love romping around with their siblings, exploring new things, playing with toys, and soaking up attention from everyone they meet. Each puppy has their own personality that's beginning to shine, but they all share the same sweet, friendly nature.

Having grown up together, these puppies are well-socialized with other dogs and should do well with respectful children. Because they are young puppies, they will likely adjust well to cats with slow, proper introductions.

These little ones are still babies, so they'll need families committed to all the fun (and work!) that comes with raising a puppy. They'll continue learning potty training, crate training, leash walking, and basic manners with patience,
consistency, and lots of love.

Age: Approximately 8 weeks
Breed: Retriever Mix (best guess)
Weight: Approximately 8–10 lbs
Spayed/Neutered: No (too young)

Good with Dogs: Yes
Good with Cats: Likely, with proper introductions
Good with Kids: Yes

If you've been thinking about adding a puppy to your family, one of these cheesy cuties could be the perfect match. Apply to foster or adopt today and help Brie, Feta, Gouda, Blue, Cheddar, Curd, or Jack secure their ride to Wisconsin!

4.) Final Decision: By the end of the FTA period, please let us know your final decision to adopt or return the dog to our rescue.
