Foster Needed: We need a foster before we can take this dog in from the outdoor situation that she is living in.
Sally is an 8-year-old Podengo, 30 lbs, who has spent her life outdoors and was used for rabbit hunting in Southeastern MA. She is ready to be surrendered by her owner, but we need a foster home for her to go to. If you're able to commit to 2 weeks, please visit our website at unfurget.org and check out the Foster section.
We provide everything you'll need. We will give you a crate as well as diapers so that while she is learning how to be in a house, she doesn't make any messes. You'd have to be available to crate her overnight and when you're not home. When you are home during the day, she should go outside to the bathroom every 2–3 hours for a pee break. She usually catches on pretty quickly!
