When he was rescued as a surrendered dog, Baloo was underweight, suffering from double ear infections, intact, and the vet saw signs of significant physical abuse. Since then, he’s been fully vetted, neutered, had dental work completed, put on a healthy diet, and absolutely showered with love every single day.
