Meet oaklynn marie
Oaklynn is incredibly cuddly. Of all the puppies I’ve met, she loves cuddles the most.
Watch her personality here: https://youtu.be/8WOdRqsUKTo?si=O2S2mooFBVi-eyXr
She is doing very well in her foster home where she gets to play with kids and dogs and other farm animals all day while she awaits her forever home. We are keeping her very well socialized and helping her learn to be the best girl that she can be in preparation for her new home.
She is pretty good at telling us when she needs to go potty outside by going to the door and whining, so she already understands the potty training concept!
She has normal energy level for a puppy but overall, she is not super hyper. She settles when it is time to settle. And her playtime is not super rough. She easily distracts to the next toy, so plenty of toys out on the floor make it easy.
Oaklynn is extremely soft with cute floppy ears. She has a miniature Labrador look. She is about 2 months old and weighs just 9 lbs. she’s tiny.
Her mom is about 40 lbs and her feet are narrow so I think she will end up staying medium sized.
She’s pretty petite! Oaklynn is a mixed breed. I included pictures of her mom so that you can see her. We don’t know what she is mixed with since she is a rescue.
She seems very healthy, happy, confident, and well-adjusted.
Oaklynn loves to play with toys, follow people around, but most of all she loves to cuddle. That’s her favorite thing in the world.
She also loves belly rubs. And she appreciates the finer things such as fluffy blankets, pillows, and beautiful views.
Children love her because she’s so soft and petite.
Oaklynn is pretty easy to have around. She just goes with the flow. She is happy just being with you and joining along.

At our 2 acre Texas based property, we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group training and socialization play groups helping them stay confident, well rounded, and adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dog’s growth and we enjoy seeing their progress!
We go above and beyond to ensure every animal receives exceptional care. Veterinarians consistently praise our medical standards. From routine care to advanced treatments, each dog receives personalized attention. Hard costs for a healthy dog range from $804-$920; heartworm-positive dogs or those needing specialized care can exceed $2,000+. Adoption fees help cover a portion of these expenses, but without government funding, we rely on fundraising to bridge the gap—ranging from $100–$1,000+ per dog.
Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.
