Hi, My name is Floyd! My foster family says I'm a beautiful brown eye'd boy with adorable freckles, a pup you just can't help fall in love with! Although I have never known life inside of a home, I'm quickly realizing that it's a really good thing that I've been missing out on. I've learned to relax & play, and even have a favorite toy, a squeaky donut! Although initially a little shy with humans, I am now eager for affection and will give you a tail wag in exchange for an ear rub or a "good boy". I'm completely house and crate trained, so I get to hear those words a lot.

If you're wondering about my history, I was roaming in Madisonville for several days, scared, skinny & hungry, when some nice ladies rescued me.

If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there.

Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day!

**All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue in Mandeville, LA.
