Meet bingo
Bingo is a sweet, deeply loyal, face licking love bug. We got her at 3 months from someone selling dogs out of a crate outside the Rose Bowl. She’s always been a bit anxious and it grows the more she is left alone. She’s always needed to be the alpha in any dog combo if it is a dog that she perceives as competition for me (or her other favorite people like my kids or my partner). She’s currently 3 years old and after trying several times to train her to socialize better with other dogs, she is still leash aggressive on walks, barks like crazy at other dogs she sees from a distance, and resource guards me if other dogs try to come near me. Bingo loves dog parks and can go to doggie daycare. She’s mostly fine in neutral spaces with other dogs. She will bully another dog in my house & sometimes attack them.
She deserves to be the only dog in a family or one on one where her owners are home more. I am often at an office or taking short overnight trips, which restarts a cycle of anxiety.
