Hi there! My name is Popeye, and Im an active puppy with a playful personality, adorable freckles, and a very handsome black patch over one eye that helps me stand out from the crowd.Life is one big adventure, and Im excited to experience every bit of it! I love running around the yard with my brother, Bluto. Hes always trying to catch me, but with my long legs and speedy moves, I usually stay just out of reach. Its one of my favorite games! When Im not racing around, youll often find me chewing on a toy, investigating something interesting outside, or practicing my fetching skills. Im still figuring out how to carry a tennis ball since its a little big for my puppy mouth, but Im determined to master it.I have a few opinions already. For example, I think pine straw is the perfect place to do my business, and Im not particularly fond of vacuum cleaners. I also believe that pine cones, sticks, and mulch are fascinating treasures. My foster mom doesnt always agree and keeps taking them away from me, but I continue my research anyway.Im a friendly, affectionate boy who loves meeting new people and getting attention. If youre willing to offer pets and cuddles, Ill happily accept them. I also have good manners at mealtime. Im a slow, polite eater, though my brother and I like to sample each others food from time to time just to make sure were not missing out on anything.Even though Im still a young puppy and not house-trained yet, Im already learning good routines. I sleep through the night in a crate with my brother, and in the morning were ready to head outside and start the day. Im eager to learn, eager to please, and excited to discover all the things the world has to offer.My perfect family is an active one that will help me learn new tricks, teach me about life, and include me in lots of fun adventures.
