Meet carl
If you're looking for a loyal best friend, a shadow to follow you around the house, and to always have a little slobber on you from kisses, then you should meet Carl! At only a foot and a half tall, Carl is a 3 year old American bulldog/pitbull mix with a giant head and a somehow even bigger heart. He can be a big goof who loves playing fetch with you, or he can be a couch potato napping right on top of you (as long as cuddles and treats are involved).Carl was abandoned at a previous shelter, left with a severe medical emergency that luckily he was able to pull through. Now fully healed physically, he's looking for someone with a lot of patience and love for him as he works through his remaining anxiety and behavioral issues. Sadly, the environment surrounding our home was not comfortable nor right for Carl, and we believe he would be much happier and more himself with an experienced adopted who lives in a quieter neighborhood and in a single person household.
