Meet Kelly & Winnie — a bonded pair looking for a forever home together

Kelly is a ~45lb 6-year-old Australian Shepherd, and Winnie is a ~85lb 5-year-old Black Lab. They are best friends/sisters who share a special bond, and they’re hoping to find a home where they can stay side by side.

Kelly is a gentle, intelligent, sweet-natured girl who may be a little shy at first, but with a bit of patience, she opens up into an incredibly loving and loyal companion. Once she’s comfortable, her playful and slightly sassy personality shines through. She enjoys walks, keeping an eye on the yard (especially the squirrels), and relaxing indoors with her people. She’s well-mannered, good on a leash, and will let you know when she needs to go outside.

Winnie is pure sunshine. The best way to describe her is a teddy bear—big, soft, and full of love. She’s friendly, outgoing, and adores everyone she meets, whether it’s people, kids, or even cats. Winnie is affectionate, funny, and incredibly loyal. She’ll “talk” to you, keep you company, and always make sure everyone around her is okay. She loves walks, playtime, and then curling up for cuddles afterward.

Together, they balance each other perfectly—Kelly brings a calm, watchful presence, while Winnie brings warmth and outgoing energy. They both love spending time outside and then coming in to be part of the family.

Rehoming them is a difficult decision due to their owner's medical limitations that make it hard to give them the time and activity they need. They have so much love, loyalty, and companionship left to give, and they truly deserve a home where they can thrive—together.
