Hi there! I’m Babe Andy, and I’m part of The Devil Wears Prada litter of four girls and one boy (Miranda, Andy, Emily, Serena, and Nigel). Our tiny but mighty mom is Dolly Belle, who weighs just 18 pounds (you can see her in the picture!). We all found ourselves in a crowded shelter in Alabama—which is no place for a momma and her puppies. Thankfully, the wonderful people at K-9 Lifesavers rescued us, and now we’re safe and ready to find our forever homes.

I’m your typical puppy—sweet, playful, and full of love. At my young age, I’m in the perfect stage for training and socialization, which means I’m ready to learn all the things that will help me grow into an amazing companion. If you’re thinking about adding a puppy to your family, well… you might not need to look any further than me. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.           Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee.
