He is a medium energy pup who enjoys playing just as much as he loves a nap. The word stranger isn’t in his vocabulary, everyone is just a friend he hasn’t met yet. Malachite loves playing with dogs of all ages and sizes. He is fostered in a multi-dog home and loves to romp around with his canine friends. When his doggy friends aren’t up for playtime Malachite happily entertains himself with toys. He has not yet met cats but since he’s a puppy he’d likely do well with dog savvy cats. Malachite absolutely adores children, he loves getting lots of affection and his favorite thing in the world is getting treats. Malachite is highly food-motivated and will come running the moment he hears the treat jar open. He is a smart boy and eager to please. He’s currently learning “sit” and “come”. Malachite is mostly crate trained he sleeps soundly overnight, but sometimes whines for a few minutes during the day before settling. He enjoys listening to podcasts and enjoying a tasty treat while in his crate. Malachite is a typical puppy who is mostly house trained he has minimal accidents when kept on a consistent schedule, but is still learning. With time, consistency and patience he’ll quickly master it. Malachite loves going for walks around the neighborhood and walks pretty well on leash. He is looking for a family who’s ready to welcome a puppy and continue his training while showering him with all the love.  Malachite will make a wonderful companion for a lucky family.
