Meet carmela
Carmela is a stunning Presa Canario mix who is estimated to be around 1–2 years old and currently weighs about 110 pounds... and she may still fill out a little more! Despite her impressive size, Carmela is an affectionate, goofy sweetheart who loves being close to her people.
She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but with a little patience and a few treats, she warms up quickly. Carmela is incredibly smart and eager to learn; she mastered “sit” and “stay” in just one day! She also loves bath time, enjoys car rides, and is great on a leash.
Carmela gets along wonderfully with other dogs and absolutely loves to play, especially with her Boxer friend. She is fostered with two dogs, including a small dog, so she is great with all sizes. She would thrive in a loving home that can provide her with a backyard, daily walks, playtime, and continued guidance as she grows into the amazing dog she’s meant to be.
