This wiggly guy greets everyone with loose, happy body language and quickly melts into pets, often resting his head on you while giving the softest eye contact. He’s still adjusting to the shelter environment and can get a little excited on walks, but he’s eager to pleas and happiest when soaking up attention from his people.
