Meet roxie
Roxie is a sweet and playful 5 year young Terrier mix who loves spending time with people and exploring the world on scent filled walks. She was surrendered to the shelter due to a change in her family’s lifestyle, but she’s quickly showing her affectionate, fun loving personality. Roxie enjoys toys, cuddles, and gentle attention, and while she can be a little shy around new people at first, with patience, she warms up. She walks well on lead and would thrive in a home with teens and as the only dog. Roxie is ready for a fresh start and a forever family so come meet her today! If you are interested in learning more contact our placement team at the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter:E: Adoption@hempsteadny.govE: Foster@hempsteadny.govE: Rescue@hempsteadny.govT. 516.785.5220Wantagh Long Island, New York#Adoptashelteranimal #shelteranimalsrock #animalphotography #longislandpetparents
