  Meet Butters Butters is a playful, expressive Border Collie mix pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s currently working on crate training, potty training, and learning how to walk on a leash—he’s not quite as far along as his other foster buddy Waffles, but he’s making steady progress every day.  Born around Feb. 5th of 2026, this boy is destined to be a very handsome semi-long haired adult boy that will reach the medium range of 50 pounds. One thing you’ll notice right away is that Butters has a lot to say with his voice. He’s more vocal than your average puppy and loves to growl and “talk” during playtime—but it’s all in good fun. It’s just his way of getting into the game and showing his excitement. Butters plays hard with his foster siblings and gets along great with just about everyone—kids, cats, dogs, and adults. He’s social, friendly, and happy to be part of the action.
