Meet dobby
This is Dobby. He is a Treeing Brindle, and possibly mixed. He is now 7. Dobby is an absolutely amazing dog, however, he has an incredibly high prey drive and it makes it very difficult to own him with other animals in our home. We have had him with 3 other dogs for years, however, he has now gotten into fights with all 3 of them at various points over that time. To be clear, he has gotten along with them beautifully until something triggers in him. Most fights have been over animals they have found on our property, however, he has gotten to the point where he views our 2 smaller dogs as prey and cannot be around them. Ideally, he would go to a no pet home. As for being around humans and children - - - we have 3 young children who were 5, 3, and 2 when we got him. He adores our children and has never shown an ounce of aggression towards them, or any human being for that matter...no growling, showing teeth, etc. He is loyal, well trained, well behaved, and deserves to find a proper home
