Meet Jinxy!Jinxy is a 5-year-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix looking for a calm, adult-only home. She is a sweet, smart, low-key girl who enjoys a quiet lifestyle and just needs a little time to warm up to new people.Why Jinxy is amazing:Great in the car & fully crate-trainedSuper food-motivated and easy to train (knows sit, down, & touch)Prefers pottying outside and is learning to signal at the door. If her cue is missed, she reliably uses a puppy pad.Jinxy hasn't spent much time around other dogs yet and can be a bit vocal/wary when she senses them nearby. Jinxy would do best as an only dog or with very slow introductions to a calm pup. She’s curious about cats and sometimes tries to chase, so a cat-free home or a dog-savvy cat is best.Because she gets a little over-excited about her favorite things (food and toys!) and likes to jump up to say hello, she’d do best in a home without tiny humans.Meet Jinxy, a 5-year-old, 15-pound Pomeranian–Chihuahua mix who looks like she stepped straight out of Santa’s fluff factory. This sweet girl’s world has been flipped upside down after her owner had to move into a nursing home. Now Jinxy is in boarding—scared, confused, and wondering where her cozy Christmas went. But we believe in Christmas miracles, and you can help make one happen. All she needs is a Foster (or Adopter!) to give her a warm home, a soft bed, and a little love while her tiny heart heals.Jinxy is gentle, shy, and SO ready to feel safe again.
