Meet Flint.

Flint is a 14 month old survivor with a heart full of love just waiting to burst.

Rescued from a large hoarding situation, he’s missed out on so much of his puppyhood but you’d never guess it from the way he greets the people he trusts.

Flint is incredibly friendly, wildly smart, and always wearing the sweetest, goofiest smile.

In fact, this clever boy has already figured out how to open a few doors at the shelter (yes, really) so he’s going to need a family who can keep up with both his brains and his curiosity!

Once Flint knows you’re safe, he’s all about affection!! Leaning in for hugs, climbing into your lap, and soaking up every bit of love he can get.

He’s still learning how to “dog,” and playtime is a work in progress but you can see how badly he wants to figure it out.

With a little guidance and encouragement, he’s going to blossom into an amazing companion.

Because of his past, Flint has some anxiety and can be unsure around other dogs, so a patient home that can help him build confidence at his own pace would be ideal.

Flint has energy to spare and will thrive with an active family ready to show him the world. He can be a bit flighty when he’s nervous, so a secure home and attentive family are a must to help keep him safe while he continues to learn and grow.

Flint is 14 months old, soon to be neutered, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, heartworm tested negative, and kept on prevention here with us.

This handsome boy has been waiting far too long for a real life and a real family.

Once your application is processed and approved, our adoptions team will reach out to schedule an in person meet and greet with the Flint.

Our adoption fees includes the pets spay or neuter surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm + flea + tick disease testing, fecal check, and any medical care needed while staying with us. All adoption fees can be found on our website.

The first step to our adoption process is to please fill out and adoptions application which can be found on our website www.serenityanimalhospital.net, under the "Adopt From Us" Tab. You can also complete an application in person at Serenity Animal Hospital.

Any questions regarding our adoptable dogs can be emailed to our adoptions team at adoptions@serenityanimalhospital.net. Completing an application either online or in person is always the first step to our adoption process.
