Meet hemingway
Meet Hemi! The sweetest, bounciest baby boy with oversized floppy ears, white toes of varying numbers on every paw, and matching white spots on the back of his feet. Hemi and his parents were impounded by the PG County Animal Shelter as a cruelty investigation (exact circumstance unknown). But we know enough to say that any young puppy to have that kind of beginning hasn't had the greatest start to life. And then on top of that, he caught one heck of an upper respiratory infection before we got him out of the shelter (he is now fully recovered).
None of this has dampened Hemi's spirits! He's playful, does adorable little leaps for joy, loves toys, and is eager to make human and doggo friends alike. Hemi is:
- Certified cuddle buddy who gives endless puppy kisses!
- Playmate perfection: loves dogs, kids, and toys alike!
- Sleeps through the night in his crate and can be left home alone crated without issue.
- Mr. Personality: proudly trots with any toys and finds a good place for safe keeping.
- Promises lots of laughs and a lifetime of love!
What makes Hemi stand apart from the rest?? His tail NEVER stops wagging. Hemi has an adorable underbite and is teething through to adult teef. Potty training is going great with only about one accident a day. Hemi is quickly learning some basic commands mastering sit, working on down and place, and his recall too. He loves doing puzzles for his meals.
Hemi is ready for a forever home! He'd thrive with another playful dog and kind people willing to continue building his confidence, which continues to grow by leaps and bounds! Like all puppies, he will need patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement to become the bestest boy!
