Meet Anton!

Anton is a friendly, adorable little guy who’s already winning hearts. He’s shown himself to be sweet, social, and happy to make new friends. Anton enjoys attention and is always up for some quality time with his people. Anton loves playing with toys and going for car rides. He has spent time around women and men. He has briefly met kids and did well. Slow and proper introductions to resident animals are recommended. Ask a TCHS staff member for tips! He is also used to regular grooming but can be a little wary when his feet area is grooming. Anton is learning the ropes of housetraining and will go to the door or whine at you when nature calls.

This cute boy is looking for a loving home where he can continue to build confidence, learn the ropes, and soak up all the affection he deserves. Anton is an opportunistic fellow and will go on a solo walk if given the chance. A fenced-in yard would be ideal for him; otherwise, we'd recommend keeping him leashed or on a tie-out whenever outside. If you’re searching for a small companion with a big heart, Anton might be your perfect match.

*Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee.

**Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals.
