Meet rusty
Rusty is a purebred poodle with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s incredibly affectionate, cuddly, and loves being the center of attention. He thrives on human connection and will happily stay by your side all day.He’s very active and playful, and has been professionally trained, so he does well with structure and consistency. Rusty is very friendly with people and forms strong bonds with his owner.He can get along with some dogs when introduced properly, but is still incredibly reactive and protective of his owner on leash to unfamiliar dogs. He has a loyal, protective personality.Rusty has had a complex medical history but is currently in great health.We are rehoming him due to difficulty adjusting to our new baby—he’s become reactive and protective as a result. He would do best in an adult home where he can be the focus and continue to thrive. He also does well around large breed dogs. Trainers have offered to assist with transition to new home.
