Meet luna
Luna (approximately 73 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Tennessee. She was quite shy when she arrived but has been warming up as she gets used to the routine of the shelter & has even made friends with several volunteers. Luna's previous owner says that she lived with cats, human children, and other dogs in her home and that she did well with all three species. She is crate trained and walks well on leash, especially when she is comfortable in her surroundings. Luna especially enjoys walking on the trails through our woods and is always happy when a human friend rewards her bravery with a delicious treat.
