Cobalt is a six-year-old, 38-pound mixed-breed who was surrendered to a shelter. He is in a foster home now and is doing great with the family and their dogs. Cobalt is calm, very affectionate, and great in the house. He does have some skin allergies that are now under control, and we’re committed to keeping him on the ALR account for his yearly check-up with the dermatologist.
