Agustus is a 5-year-old German Shepherd who came to us as a stray and was never reclaimed. Heâs a calm, well-mannered boy who has impressed staff with his steady and easygoing nature.
Agustus is food motivated, which makes him a great candidate for continued training and bonding. He is well behaved and easy to walk on a leash, making outings enjoyable and low-stress.
While he may take a little time to build trust with new people, once he feels comfortable, Agustus shows his true selfâgentle, sweet, and affectionate. He has not shown any reactivity toward other dogs while in our care, though we always recommend a meet and greet to ensure a good fit.
Agustus would do best in a home that can give him a little time to settle in and feel secure. With patience and consistency, he will reward you with loyalty and companionship.
