But don’t let her playful spirit fool you, she’s also a total love bug. Swayze absolutely loves to be loved and will happily soak up all the pets, snuggles, and attention you’re willing to give. She’s the kind of dog who wants to be right by your side, sharing in whatever you’re doing.

With her active nature, she’d thrive in a home that can keep up with her zest for life—think walks, playtime, and maybe a few adventures along the way. In return, she’ll give you endless laughs, loyalty, and affection.

The adoption fee is $350 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter.

We're open from 12-4 PM Tuesday - Saturday! Did you know you don't need to have an appointment to visit our available cats and dogs***? Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days.

Once you're approved, you can return on the date and time set up by your adoption counselor, with your family for a meet and greet. If it goes well, you can take your new best friend home on the meet and greet day!

If you have other dogs in your home, they must all meet the potential adoptee.  

***Please note that animals in foster homes cannot be viewed at our rescue, and appointments are still required to meet them.
