Meet our darling little Lily! This little 18 pound girl is here for the fun and love and and is more than happy to reciprocate the love with lots of snuggles and kisses! Lily is a happy-go lucky little girl that is thrilled to run around her foster's fenced in yard with her furry foster siblings and then be a shadow to her people until cuddle time! Our best guess according to our vets is that she is a 1.5 to 2 year old Dachshund mix (possibly chihuahua or a small terrier mixed in). In her previous life Lily was a stray along with her sister Luna but both are thrilled to have been rescued and safe. She loves other dogs especially ones her size, all people including children, and hopes to be pampered with lots of bones to chew and toys to play with in her forever home!  This adorable little nugget says bonus for other dogs her size to play with. Lily is a delight that is just waiting to find her forever family to smother her with nuzzles and affection. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals.
