A tiny senior with a big heart and a story that deserves a happy ending.

This sweet little lady, around 10 years old, found herself in an overcrowded shelter with nowhere to go. When we met her, we simply couldn’t leave her behind, she deserved another chance.

Clam Chowder may have a pair of adorably wonky eyes, but they only add to her charm and certainly don’t slow her down one bit.

When she first arrived she was nervous, scared, and a little defensive, which isn’t surprising considering all the changes she’s been through.

But with a little patience and kindness, she has already begun to show us her true self.

Now we’re seeing a sweet, affectionate, and even playful little dog who is learning that the world can be a safe and loving place again.

She just needed someone to believe in her.

Clam Chowder would thrive in a calm, loving home where she can take life at her own pace, soak up gentle affection, and enjoy the comfort she deserves in her golden years.

Our adoption fees includes the pets spay or neuter surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm + flea + tick disease testing, fecal check, and any medical care needed while staying with us. All adoption fees can be found on our website.

The first step to our adoption process is to please fill out and adoptions application which can be found on our website www.serenityanimalhospital.net, under the "Adopt From Us" Tab. You can also complete an application in person at Serenity Animal Hospital.

Any questions regarding our adoptable dogs can be emailed to our adoptions team at adoptions@serenityanimalhospital.net. Completing an application either online or in person is always the first step to our adoption process.
