scoobert

In honor of Pit Bull Awareness Month, my adoption fee is WAIVED for the entire month of October! 🐾❤🐾 Ruh-roh! Looks like Scoobert has stolen another heart! 🐾Meet Scoobert!Much like his famous cartoon namesake, Scoobert is a lovable, goofy young guy who is always ready for his next adventure. At just 1 year old, he’s got all the fun, energy, and excitement you’d expect from a puppy, but he’s already showing off some impressive brains to go along with his good looks.Scoobert is what we like to call a “smarty pants.” He already knows commands like sit and has nice leash manners, making walks with him a pleasure. He’s eager to learn, loves working for treats, and genuinely enjoys spending time with people. If you’ve been looking for a dog who is both fun and trainable, Scoobert checks all the boxes.Just like Scooby-Doo, food is a great way to win this boy’s heart. Treats are one of his favorite things, and he’s always ready to show off his skills if a snack might be involved. Luckily, his love of treats makes training both easy and enjoyable.Being only a year old, Scoobert still has plenty of puppy energy. He loves being outside, exploring the world, and finding new adventures around every corner. Whether it’s a walk through the neighborhood, a game in the backyard, or simply hanging out in the sunshine with his family, Scoobert is happiest when he’s involved in the action.During his cat test, Scoobert showed his playful, curious side — he tried to play with the cats through the glass of our free-roam room, tail wagging and ready for fun. When he gets excited, Scoobert sometimes forgets that not everyone appreciates a flying puppy greeting. He’s currently working on keeping all four paws on the floor instead of jumping up to say hello, and he’s catching on quickly. His enthusiasm comes from pure happiness and love for people, and with continued consistency, he’s likely to master this skill in no time.Scoobert is wonderful with kids and would love a family that enjoys spending time outdoors and appreciates a playful, active companion. At the end of the day, Scoobert is exactly what you’d expect from a dog with such a legendary name: goofy, lovable, loyal, and always ready for fun. The only mystery left unsolved is why he hasn’t found his forever home yet.So grab the Scooby Snacks and come meet Scoobert. This sweet, smart boy is ready to solve the mystery of finding his forever family! 💙🐾This pet has been sponsored and is free for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful.
