Meet aurora (rory)
Rory is a lively, athletic tripod with no shortage of stamina. She keeps up with any 4-legged dog! She is so friendly and warm with everyone - including kids. She loves playing, learning, and cuddling. She is a lap dog even at 40lbs. She is very food motivated. She is funny! She sounds like Chewbacca and "talks" to you. She only barks when people with or without dogs walk by outside, or to animals on TV, and that bark response can be intense. She coexists peacefully with two small senior dogs, but she is an attention hound and may be better suited to a home where she is the only dog. I have become disabled and I am no longer the right dog-mom for her. Rory needs to be in a dog-savvy household (look up Carolina dog - she is textbook) with someone active who can give her the long walks and focused attention she is wired for. She has so much to give the right person(s). The decision to rehome her was a difficult one because of how much she is loved, but I want what is best for her.
